For participation in the conference (authors of articles) the fees will be as follows

• 200 Euro, one article as first author (PhD students and SNIMTB members)
• 250 Euro, one article with payment upon acceptance for publication
• 300 Euro, one article with payment made after 13 September 2026

Important information about the discount rates:

If you wish to benefit from the SNIMTB member registration fees, you must be up to date with your 2026 membership.

Additional Costs

Please bear in mind that all bank transfer costs must be supported by Delegates and that the amount transferred is the Conference fee plus bank transfer costs.
